reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30 day return policy. To make a return,
you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #) before sending your item
back. All returns MUST have an RMA # on the package.
When do we not accept return
1. Item(s) shipped over 30 days ago.
2. Items that became damaged or defective after delivery.

condition with tags attached, with all product documentation, and shipped within 30 days of

Once you have printed and completed the RMA Form, please call our Shipping and Return
Specialist 800.000.0000 to obtain your RMA # required for return, along with instructions and
a pre-paid FedEx/UPS or USPS return shipping label.
Please refuse the shipment and call us immediately at 800.000.000.Please retain all packing
materials unless instructed otherwise by our Shipping and Return Specialist. Claims for damaged
or missing items must be reported immediately or within 5 days of receipt of your order. The
Luggage Collection will not be responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments.
